I am a professionally qualified and highly experienced HR Director with a developed commercial awareness providing a consultancy service.
I have created, delivered and maintained HR strategic agendas in support of business objectives - building teams to construct and implement complex change programmes.
I have extensive international and cross-cultural experience in Europe, Asia and North America, to include, within financial services, public sector, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, brewing and the food industry.
I am renowned for my ability to focus on HR projects and the interdependencies of such projects with other areas of the business to deliver against tight timescales.
WHAT HAVE I DONE?
I have designed and delivered conferences with senior managers to break through operational and behavioural barriers to maximise their potential in work, life and everything. Together we made efficiencies and achieved seven figure savings.
I was the HR lead where we spearheaded the opening of Pizza Hut in the emerging fast food market in the Eastern Block in particular Poland where I was engaged in opening 25 stores in twelve months, creating operating manuals and standards that would set the design for the creation and future expansion of the business.
I managed the HR elements of rebranding and integrating the Europa business of 40 stores into Tesco Express stores across London, training and developing 1,000 employees and senior management teams in ten weeks. From this I was able to build a model that I was asked to use in the international arm of the business in Suth East Asia.
In several companies, I have developed reorganisation design programmes where I have achieved significant savings through contract variations and restructures. I have also created global performance management processes using technology to automate the process, making it relevant to the business and time efficient for the end users.
